Jardine teaches two courses to 6th and 7th graders at St. Ursula Academy: Drawing & Painting and Color Theory. In each class, she teaches foundational studio skills and facilitates experiences that allow students to experiment with materials and collaborate with their peers. 

 

Jardine also teaches a range of weekly classes and summer camps at the Toledo Museum of Art.  Her classes have included Intro to Painting, Intro to Drawing, Explorations in Mixed Media, and Miniature Sculpture. Jardine connects the curriculum to the museum's collection of artwork.

Jardine's goal as an educator is to empower youth through the tools of self-expression, problem-solving, and collaboration. Her teaching approach and practice is culturally responsive and anti-racist.
